These are the terms for shopping at sleepquiet.us, run by Quiet. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email quietsupportstaff@gmail.com and a person will answer.
Orders
When you place an order you get a confirmation email. That is us accepting your order. If we cannot fulfill it for any reason, such as a stock issue, a payment problem, or an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and refund anything you paid. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change, but never after you have ordered.
What Quiet earplugs are, and are not
Quiet earplugs are designed to reduce disruptive noise while you sleep. They do not create total silence, and they are not hearing protection for loud environments like industrial sites or shooting ranges. They are not a medical device, and they are not a treatment for insomnia, tinnitus, or any other condition. If you have ear pain, an ear infection, ear tubes, or recent ear surgery, check with your doctor before using any earplug, and stop using them if they cause irritation. Every ear and every bedroom is different, so test that you can hear your alarm and anything else you need to hear before relying on them.
The guarantee
Every order carries our 60-night sleep-on-it guarantee. The mechanics live in the refund policy.
Your account and our content
Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Everything on this site, from the photos to the copy, belongs to Quiet. Do not reuse it commercially without asking.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law guarantees you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Changes
If we update these terms, the new version is posted here with a new date. The version live when you ordered is the one that applies to that order.
