Shipping is free on every U.S. order. No minimum, no code.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and want Quiet, email quietsupportstaff@gmail.com so we know where to open next.
When your order ships
Orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours. You get a tracking link by email the moment yours ships, and that tracking page shows the live delivery estimate for your address.
If something goes wrong
- Need to change your address? Email us as soon as you can. We can update it any time before the order ships.
- Tracking stuck, or no package within 20 days of ordering? Email us and we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you want.
- Box shows up damaged? Send us a photo and we will make it right.
