Refund policy
Every Quiet order comes with the 60-night sleep-on-it guarantee. Sleep on them. If they are not for you, send them back for a full refund.
How it works
You have 60 nights from the day your order arrives. If you are not sleeping through more of the noise you cannot control, email quietsupportstaff@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to return them. You do not need to give a reason.
We reply within one to two business days with the return address. Mail the earplugs back in any padded envelope. Once the return reaches us, the full purchase price goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank can take a few extra days to show it.
The honest details
- Used pairs are fine. It is a sleep-on-it guarantee, so we expect you to actually sleep on them.
- The refund is the full product price. Shipping to you was free, so there is nothing to subtract.
- Return postage is on you. A small padded envelope usually costs a few dollars at the post office.
- The guarantee covers every pack size and applies once per order.
- Arrived damaged or missing something? Skip the return. Email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, your choice.
